What is the Rover cancellation policy?
There are four cancellation periods: same day, one day, three days, and seven days. You can find your sitter’s preferred cancellation period by going to their profile. From there, on the app, you need to go to the services tab, head to the calendar, and select your service to view the relevant cancellation. On the website, go to the availability section, then view their services and cancellation policies.

How to Use Your Rover Coupon Code
- Make sure you are logged in to your Rover account. If you don’t have one, you must create it before moving forward.
- Next, navigate to your account dashboard.
- You’ll see a ‘Rover Balance’ heading with an ‘Apply promo code’ tab. Click this and enter your chosen Rover promo code.
- Select ‘Redeem’ to secure your money off.
- When you’re ready to make your next booking, the redeemed amount will be automatically applied.
