If you’re in need of a mid-week giggle, then this excited dog doing a wiggle dance at her front door as she waits for her little people to return home is exactly what the doctor ordered.

Quickly going viral online after it was posted on TikTok a fortnight ago, the video has already amassed a staggering 18 million views and hundreds of thousands of shares and comments.

In the short clip, set to the music ‘Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)’, a boxer called Zoey Ann can be seen shaking her docked tail as she looks out her front door.

All of a sudden we see why the sweet pooch is so excited when her two little family members come running up the driveway, just as keen to see her as she is to see them.

As the two young girls get closer, Zoey Ann’s tail begins to get faster and soon her wiggling has taken on super sonic speed that matches her growing level of enthusiasm at the prospect of being reunited with her favorite people.

Netizens have flooded the comments section to share their thoughts on the 14-second clip, with one user named sethspurlok765 hilariously saying: “I do the same thing when my wife comes home from Target.”

Others chimed in with “Boxers are the best!!!” and “Best way to be greeted at home”, while helenwilliams wrote: “OMG look how happy that sweet baby is to see the little hoomans coming home!!!”

The video was uploaded under the account zoeyann_the_boxer and captioned with: “Super sonic wiggles today. What song should she do next?” with people offering up everything from Michael Jackson songs to “Can’t Touch This” by MC Hammer.

To be honest, we don’t really care what song Zoey Ann shakes her tail to next time, as long as there is a next time!
