A Killer Queen feline has taken Instagram by storm thanks to her unique looks - meet the Freddie Mercury cat!
With almost 9,000 followers, Mostaccioli the cat has managed to win over thousands of people all thanks to her dark, rounded facial fur that closely resembles the bushy mustache of Queen legend, Freddie Mercury.
Freddie, who sadly died on 24 November 1991, was famous for his signature thick mustache that he so proudly sported throughout the majority of his musical career.

Mostaccioli was found in owner Natalie’s mum’s garden in California, US, along with her three brothers when they were just a day old.
The black and white kitten’s mother, who was a feral Bombay cat, was severely underweight when discovered. Natalie rushed them all to the kennel she works at and was able to nurse them all to health.

All of the kittens were rehomed but Natalie couldn’t part with Mostaccioli and chose to adopt her in August 2020.
Since then, Natalie created Mostaccioli’s Instagram account, @izanami.and.mostaccioli, which is shared with her cute kitty sister, Izanami.
It’s here that their owner shares videos and pictures of the pair playing, as well as sweet photos of the feline showing off her fabulous mustache.
In a recent post, the charismatic moggy, with her beautiful green eyes, can be seen sitting casually with the caption: “My new year resolution is to eat more treats, sleep more hours, and get zoomies so bad that I can fly and run on walls at 3am. What’s yours?”
