The top pet influencers have a few things in common. For starters, they have charmed the attention of the masses, garnering millions of loyal followers in the process.
They have also captivated the hearts of brands worldwide, with many of these much-loved pets having secured deals with companies in the pet sector.
And thirdly? Some pet influencers have further broadened their reach by launching a range of merchandise and pet care companies of their own – it’s pretty paw-some stuff.
With just one quick swipe, it’s not hard to see that all these pet influencers have plenty of character and charisma and it’s these brilliant characteristics that keep you liking, commenting and coming back to their page for more.

With more than 4.5 million followers on Instagram (and counting) and a Guinness World Record under her belt for having the ‘most followers' on Instagram for a cat, Nala takes the crown when it comes to celebrity pets that have garnered a cult following.
The Siamese-tabby mix was rescued from a shelter at just five months old. But she’s since found her fur-ever home and flourished! You’ll often spot images of her taking it easy on a Sunday, sporting a crown and taking center stage on the marketing materials for her own brand Love, Nala, which sells nutritionally balanced cat food containing premium quality ingredients.
Nala also has her own book, which is a guide to living your best life, and a range of merch, including T-shirts, hoodies, and mugs with her friendly face emblazoned on.

Just look at these two golden retriever cuties! Following very closely behind Nala is Tucker, the loveable golden retriever whose following stands at 4 million. And, just like Nala, Tucker’s celebrity status knows no bounds.
Not only does this pooch have his own wall calendar that features 12 images of him and his son, Todd. The fur friend also has a game called Tucker’s Snack Attack and his own CBD supplement, which is said to help provide powerful relief from anxiety, pain, and inflammation.
Tucker spends most of his time with his son, Todd, who is featured in most of his day-to-day shenanigans. Todd has followed in his father’s paw steps by launching his own social media account, which has racked up just under 500k followers – so watch this space!

Heard of “Doug the Pug”? More than 3.6 million of his followers have! The Tennessee-based pug is perhaps best known for his witty weekly selfies that show him all dressed for a range of activities.
Whether it’s flea market shopping with the girls, enjoying spring break with a tropical-printed shirt on or ready for ‘paw-fee’ and a stroll in the sunshine complete with a pair of sunglasses.
Like Tucker and Nala, Doug models for his human parent’s dog brand Nonipup, which is a wellness brand with all-natural, ethically developed, and locally sourced products made in the USA.

Cat owners, if you thought your fur friend was the moodiest kitty of them all, wait until you see Grumpy Cat, who has stolen the hearts of 2.6 million followers thanks to her seemingly less-than-impressed face, come rain or shine. No matter whether she’s at a basketball game, sightseeing in London, or visiting Santa Claus, a smile from this kitty is hard to come by.
Grumpy Cat wasn’t always destined for stardom. What started with an innocent post from Grumpy cat’s owners’ brother, resulted in a cat who was catapulted into the spotlight, complete with her face on a range of merchandise, like T-shirts, coloring books, and her own ‘Kitten Fur’ fragrance. It’s not just cats and dogs that have made a name for themselves on the internet. As her name suggests, Juniper is a North American red fox who was adopted in 2015. Ten years later, Juniper now has the Juniper Wildlife Refuge set up in her name.
The refuge center cares for animals – from wild baby raccoons and skunks to a moose and a sugar glider – who can no longer return to their wild roots due to medical disabilities or human interference.
With more than 3.4 million followers watching their journeys, Juniper spends her days living in harmony with all different kinds of fur friends in the animal kingdom.

If there’s one ragdoll cat who’s known for cooking up a storm, it’s Puff. Amassing 2.6 million followers, this keen cooking kitty loves nothing more than getting into the kitchen and whipping up cocktails, desserts, popsicles, and more.
But Puff’s list of attributes doesn’t stop there. Along with testing products, Puff also likes to test out hacks, post promotions and he even has his own online store set-up, selling the likes of his chef costume, his paw tongs and fridge magnets.

With her 2.2 million followers on Instagram and the same amount on TikTok, Venus is another cat who has made a name for herself on social media. The tortoiseshell cat is perhaps best known for her half-black and half-red tabby coloring. She also has a blue left eye and a green right eye.
Venus is often snapped, engaging in brand deals and competitions with other fur friends in the cat kingdom. Whether it’s racing That Little Puff to lick the gravy the quickest or showing her support for a certain clumping litter.

Chiweenie Tuna – who is a cross between a Chihuahua and a miniature dachshund—joins the list of celebrity pets with the highest following, after having amassed just under 2 million followers.
Tuna has a distinctive expression thanks to her overbite, which features in her cute selfies and posts on Instagram.
Like most dogs, Tuna is naturally inquisitive, but this pooch takes things to the next level. Tuna loves to travel and isn’t afraid of doing so as she documents her travels on her sister page, The Travelling Tuna. So much so, this little pooch is often seen visiting designing hotels, traveling to seaside resorts, and tucking into breakfast in bed at pet-friendly hotels.

Known and loved for her tiger-like coat, her majestic blue eyes and love for the outdoors, Suki is a Bengal cat who loves exploring the big wide world with her human parents behind the camera – and a legion of 1.7 million followers on Instagram.
Whether it’s heading off for an autumn walk in Alberta, exploring a field of fireweed, or heading off on a canoe ride, there is no end to her globe-trotting fantasies. Suki has visited at least 12 countries across two continents and documents all of the above on her Instagram and YouTube channel.

Perhaps the coolest cat in town (or on the internet). With 1.7 million followers on Instagram and a further 99.7k on TikTok, this British Shorthair cat lives in Maryland and is famed for his impeccable sense of style.
Coby also has his own exclusive set of apparel available on his website and his fur-ever-growing number of fan art he receives, with creatives having drawn or sketched him.
